Country cuisine, as they describe themselves, is a restaurant located in the Roma Norte neighborhood of Mexico City. Awarded and recognized by La Liste as one of the 1,000 best restaurants in the world. My job was to capture the essence of the field in the textures, colors and hands that create such delicious dishes and cocktails.
